Yorkshire Federation Training Programme

Emma has provided business planning and development consultancy to the Yorkshire Federation of Museums & Galleries since 2006, and initiated its successful Museum Essentials training programme.  Emma recently stepped down from this role after developing and managing the first two years of training, which included a specialist programme of training for the Yorkshire Rapid Response disaster management network.  She also helped to establish a regional Integrated Training Group which brings together organisations involved in museum CPD to share strategic knowledge and plan provision.

Emma will continue to be involved with the Yorkshire Museum Integrated Training Group through her work with the Group for Education in Museums and will deliver training for the Fed until mid-2010.  Forthcoming Essentials courses include Copyright Essentials with Naomi Korn on 23 April, and Environmental Monitoring with Dr Robert Child on 27 May.
