Emma is working with staff at Eureka!, the award-winning national children's museum in Halifax, on the redevelopment of their flagship Me and My Body gallery. Emma will be working with the team between now and the gallery's planned opening in Spring 2013 to ensure consultation with children, families and teachers is at the heart of the gallery development, acting as a 'critical friend' to the team and leading on consultation workshops with teachers, children and families. This encompasses front-end evaluation to inform the design brief, formative evaluation during the detailed design phase and summative evaluation once the gallery is open to identify whether it has met its objectives and capture any unexpected outcomes.
